DigiSolus Nova Scotia Tech Access Program

Welcome to the DigiSolus Nova Scotia Tech Access Program, a program dedicated to making a positive impact on our community. At DigiSolus, we believe that everyone deserves access to technology, especially students who are in need but cannot afford a computer. Our program focuses on collecting used computers in Nova Scotia, restoring and refreshing them, and providing them to eligible students.

Our Mission

We are committed to bridging the digital divide by empowering students with the tools they need to succeed in their education. Through our Computer Restoration & Donation Initiative, we aim to create equal opportunities for all students in Nova Scotia.

How It Works:

  • Collection: We actively collect used computers from individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout Nova Scotia. Your generous donations make a significant difference in the lives of students in need.
  • Restoration: Our skilled technicians carefully refurbish and restore the donated computers to their optimal condition. We ensure that each computer meets our high standards of quality and performance.
  • Eligibility & Distribution: We work closely with schools and educational institutions to identify eligible students who lack access to computers at home. These students are selected based on financial need and their commitment to their education.
  • Giving Back: Once the computers are restored and ready for use, we distribute them directly to the eligible students. This enables them to have a valuable tool for learning, exploring, and connecting with the digital world.

How You Can Help:

  • Donate your used computers: By donating your old computers, you can contribute to our mission of empowering students through technology. Your support helps us reach more students in need.
  • Spread the word: Help us raise awareness about our Computer Restoration & Donation Initiative. Share our program with your friends, family, and colleagues so that together, we can make a difference in our community.
  • Volunteer: We welcome passionate individuals who want to get involved in our initiative. Whether you have technical expertise or simply a desire to help, there are various volunteer opportunities available.

Join us in creating a brighter future for students in Nova Scotia. Together, we can make a positive impact by providing equal opportunities for education through technology.
